the old tower #tl009

Inspired again with cycling I couldn't wait to get back out there! unfortunatly the weather isn't really cooperating this summer. I don't mind the lower temperature, I prefer it actually, but the rain isn't so great for traveling and pictures XD Today seemed to remain dry to I decided to take a change and try out a new route. Because I wasn't sure how the weather would stay I didn't want to go to far and started searching on google maps. I found the old tower mark and started making a route [I even got it to go over the dyke again]. With the new route it would take me around 20 minutes to get to the tower and it wouldn't take me past main roads. That was the plan 🙈 It didn't really end up that way. Google straight away revered back to the fatest route [only eight minutes] so I ended up improvising. It still was a fun, small trip, not really spectacular but nice and the wind gave me a real workout. If you wanna visit the tower, please be patient, it's really well hidden so I recommened just walking around a bit until you see a small sign showing you the way. I will be returning to try out the route I innicitley planned and see some more of the towers surroundings.
